Does This Dog Look HAPPY To You?

Okay... this morning on the Today Show, they had a Halloween parade with small dogs dressed up in various costumes. Come on people... you think it's cute... but your dog can't even walk straight! You have got to be kidding me here!!! There is just something not right about putting some tighty whitie's on your little dog with a tiny cowboy hat that is bound to render the poor little guy breathless! I just don't understand... yes the little outfits are cute on the hangers... but just leave 'em there. It's got to be doggy abuse to wrangle these pups and get them to sit still long enough to outfit them in spangles and leather chaps! One dog... seriously... could not walk. He looked like he was having some sort of seizure! Not happiness... I just wanted to smack the owner, when upon seeing the dog doing a little jig, yanked the leash to prompt him to move forward! *SIGH* *SHAKE HEAD* *ROLL EYES* "WHY?"
