Caps For Sale!

Well, Ed and I finally had a date night last night. We ate at the Olive Garden and I had the super terrific Fettucine Alfredo and Ed tried the Smoked Mozzarella Alfredo and then we split a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake! My favorite!! Yumtastic!

We then went shopping before our movie started, to look for some pants for Eden. Needless to say, we came out with a sweatshirt for Jaren and two old man hats! Hey... they were only $1.97 each! So... we bought two! I put mine on and Ed said that I looked like the comedian, Gallagher. Yeah... the crazy man that smashes watermelon with the sledge-o-matic! Thanks honey!

We looked like the Doublemint Twins! I think that we found our Halloween Costumes for this year! We have one long blonde wig and are on the lookout for another! The wigs... the hats... perfect combo!

It's hard to tell in this picture, but I have both of the hats on my head, like in the book, Caps For Sale! Yeah, I'm a dork!

Then we went to the movie theater to see "3:10 to Yuma" and it was the first time I had ever eaten ice cream ("Dippin' Dots") while at the theater! We walked down the aisle and it just smelled like a big fart! It was NASTY! Ed said rather loudly, "Yea. I love farts!" We turned the corner and the theater was pretty full! Hopefully no one heard his little remark! Ed said it was probably a lot of depends wearing moviegoers that was the source of the stench! I had to put on some lotion and smell my hands during the movie! Seriously... it was so sick! I seriously thought someone had crapped their pants! "Ooops, I crapped my pants!" Besides the "Stink, Stank, Stunk..." the movie was really good! I'm not one for westerns, but we gave it 4 enthusiastic thumbs up!

When we got home, the kids wanted to try on our new "Grandpa Hats". I loved these pictures of them! Then Oliver started dancing around and doing Capoeira. I was dying laughing!
